According to fan footage and reports, Moroney managed to get through only three songs — “Stupid,” “Medicine” and “Bless Your Heart” — before tearfully informing the audience that she could not go on. The emotional moment left fans concerned but supportive as she was escorted offstage.
Moroney’s sudden exit comes at a pivotal time in her career. She is heading into the 2025 CMA Awards tied for the lead with six nominations, and she is slated to perform her hit single “6 Months Later” during the telecast. That track is the leadoff single from her upcoming third album, Cloud 9, which she has promised for early next year. Another new single, “Beautiful Things,” has just been released to country radio and is already gaining traction. Despite the tour’s official track list remaining under wraps, both “6 Months Later” and “Beautiful Things” are generating significant buzz.
Beyond her own headlining shows, Moroney has been collaborating with other major artists and expanding her brand.
