GTA VI Map in Canada: Exploring the Vast World of Vice City and Beyond
Rockstar Games has finally unveiled the much-anticipated map for GTA VI, and it’s a sprawling playground that promises to dwarf its predecessor. Our interactive map covers Vice City, the Leonida Keys, and the entire open world spotted in official trailers and leaks. The game is set in the modern day, after the events of GTA V, and the map is almost 2x the size of the GTA V map. This means players will have an unprecedented amount of territory to explore, from bustling urban centers to serene natural landscapes.
The main GTA 6 location will be a modern-day rendition of Vice City, a fictional version of Miami. The state of Leonida is divided into several counties, each with its own distinct flavor: Vice-Dale County (South East), Leonard County (East), Ambrosia County (North East), Kelly County (North West), Mariana County (South West), Grassrivers (South), Leonida Keys (South), and Mount Kalaga National Park (North). There are rumored to be three major cities, plus four sub-cities and smaller locations surrounding those areas, with a large lake in the middle of the map (Lake Leonida). Many landmarks from the Miami area are accurately represented in the game, just like GTA V did with Los Angeles.
One of the most exciting features is the Leonida Keys, a sprawling network of tropical islands connected by long bridges. This is the GTA equivalent of the Florida Keys, and it’s sure to offer some breathtaking views and high-speed chases. Additionally, there’s a swampy area called Grassrivers, similar to the Everglades, and a location called Port Gellhorn, as shown on the side of Police Cars. The game is rumored to feature 700+ enterable shops and locations, including nightclubs, strip clubs, motels, hotels, restaurants, pawn shops, supermarkets, fast food joints, gun stores, and the Vice City Metro Station. This level of detail will make the world feel alive and interactive.
