Chadbon is perhaps best remembered for his role as Duggan in the 1979 Doctor Who story City of Death, opposite Tom Baker. That episode drew more than 16 million viewers and remains the most-watched episode in the show’s history. He also made regular appearances in the BBC medical drama Casualty between 2008 and 2011, playing Henry Williams, the hospital’s director of critical care. Beyond these iconic roles, Chadbon appeared in Game of Thrones, Peep Show, and the James Bond film Octopussy, showcasing his versatility as a character actor.
