Rays Edge Rockies in Thriller, Tovar Shines in Defeat
The Tampa Bay Rays staged a late comeback to defeat the Colorado Rockies in a nail-biting contest, while Rockies’ shortstop Ezequiel Tovar delivered a standout performance with four hits. The game, which saw momentum swings and dramatic home runs, kept fans on the edge of their seats until the final out.
In a strategic move, the Rays traded catcher Hunter Feduccia to the Los Angeles Dodgers, paving the way for Kenny Piper to make his major league debut behind the plate.
