Olivia Ponton Spotted with Joe Burrow at Bengals Training: What We Know
Model and podcast host Olivia Ponton has been making headlines in United States news, particularly for her rumored romance with NFL quarterback Joe Burrow. The speculation intensified when Ponton was spotted sitting alongside Burrow on the field after a Cincinnati Bengals training session on Sunday. Bengals reporter Mike Petraglia shared a video on X, and WLWT’s Jaron May noted it was the “first time I’ve seen her at a public Bengals event.” While Ponton remained tight-lipped about her relationship status with Burrow, offering only a brief smile when asked, her presence at the event has fueled fan curiosity.
Despite the public sighting, the pair has kept their suspected romance largely private. They were previously seen on a date night in New York City in June 2025, but neither has confirmed the relationship. Ponton, known for hosting the podcast “Booked, Blonde & Busy,” has been open in the past about her dating preferences. In her exclusive feature with Elite Daily in November 2025, she discussed various aspects of her life, including her criteria for potential partners, offering fans a glimpse into her personal values.
This isn’t the first time Ponton has been in the spotlight for her personal life, but her connection to Burrow has brought her increased attention. As the 2026 season approaches, fans are eager to see if Ponton will become a regular presence at Bengals games. However, for now, she seems focused on her career and maintaining her privacy, leaving the public to speculate about what the future holds for this rumored couple.
While the relationship remains unconfirmed, Ponton’s appearance at the Bengals training session has certainly sparked conversations across sports and entertainment media. Whether she is simply a supportive friend or something more, her presence has added a new layer of intrigue to Burrow’s off-field life. As always, Ponton continues to captivate audiences with her charisma and poise, both on and off the field.
